9. ALL CUSTOMERS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKAGES AND LOSSES PAYABLE ON WAREHOUSE CHECK.
10. ALL EQUIPMENT TO BE RETURNED FREE OF SURPLUS FOODS.
11. ALL CARTONS OR BOXES TO BE RETURNED. ALL EQUIPMENT HIRED FOR INDOOR USE AND STORAGE ONLY. DAMAGE THROUGH DAMP OR WET WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
12. SPECIAL CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR DELIVERY AND/OR COLLECTION OUTSIDE OF NORMAL WORKING HOURS.
13. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ARTICLES OF A SIMILAR OR SUPERIOR QUALITY IN EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
14. THE OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE LATE OR NON-DELIVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PART THEREOF. NOR WILL THE OWNER BE LIABLE IF THE LOSS OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED FROM ANY BREAKDOWN, DEFECT OR OPERATION FAILURE OF ANY MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT THAT IS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE OWNER.

Offer available on Limewash Chiavari chairs only. All prices are plus VAT. Hire charge is for 1-4 days. Delivery charges apply, please provide full address and any day/ time restrictions to request a full quotation from our team. The chairs can be used inside or outside, but must be stored inside to prevent damage. Loss/ damage/ replacement fee’s apply@ £25.00+ VAT Per Chair and £8 + VAT Per Seat Pad. A deposit of £100.00 is payable to secure the order for you, and will be held until after the hire, when the stock has been counted and checked for damages, then returned to you less any loss or damage fee.
